Innova Corporate (India) offers Dispersing Agent 35 – a low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acid (PAA) sodium salt (MW ~3500 Da) designed as a general-purpose dispersant and scale inhibitor for Amritsar's industrial water treatment, mineral processing, and detergent applications. This product is highly effective for dispersing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, clay, and iron oxide particles in cooling water, boiler feed, reverse osmosis feed streams, and industrial process water. For Amritsar's textile processing (Verka area), Dispersing Agent 35 is used in pretreatment baths (desizing, scouring, bleaching) to prevent redeposition of removed impurities (starches, waxes, sizes, and dirt) onto fabric – improving whiteness, absorbency, and dye uptake. For Amritsar's marble and ceramic units (small cluster), it is added to recirculating water to keep fine CaCO₃ particles suspended, preventing rapid sedimentation in tanks and pumps. For cooling towers (tanneries, textile mills, hotels), a dosage of 2-10 ppm maintains clean surfaces and reduces the need for manual cleaning. For leather tanneries, it is used in beamhouse recirculation loops to disperse lime and sulfide flocs. The product has a carboxyl group density of 10-12 meq/g and is stable over pH 3-11 and temperature up to 90°C (194°F). It is compatible with non-ionic and anionic surfactants, phosphonates, and most biocides (except high levels of cationic polymers). Dispersing Agent 35 is supplied as a 45-50% active liquid (clear to pale yellow). It is also used in ceramic slurry preparation (pottery and tile units) to reduce viscosity and improve flow, enabling higher solids loading. For detergent manufacturing (if any in Amritsar), it acts as a builder and anti-redeposition agent. Dosage guidelines: for water treatment, 1 ppm of product per 100 ppm of total hardness (as CaCO₃). For closed loops (chillers in hotels), 5-15 ppm helps keep iron oxides dispersed. Available in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs (liquid) and 25kg bags (powder). We provide on-site performance testing using a turbidity meter or particle size analyzer for Amritsar's customers. For common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) in Amritsar's tanneries, this dispersant can be added to the primary clarifier to improve solids settling and reduce sludge volume.
The product should be stored indoors in the original unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place & observe the following conditions during Storage and handle. MSDS of the Product is available on request.
