Innova Corporate (India) offers Deposit Controller 276 – a phosphonate-free deposit control agent for Dubai's environmentally sensitive cooling water discharges – especially for industries required to meet Dubai Municipality and DEWA zero liquid discharge (ZLD) norms with strict phosphorus limits (<5 mg/L as P). This product uses biodegradable polyaspartate or polyepoxysuccinic acid (PESA) combined with a sulfonated copolymer (AA/AMPS) and a zinc alternative (PBTC – low-phosphorus). It provides excellent calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate scale inhibition without adding significant phosphorus. For Dubai's district cooling plants, aluminium smelters, and food processing units operating cooling towers at moderate cycles, Deposit Controller 276 prevents scaling even at LSI +2.0. It also disperses iron, silica, and organics – critical for brackish groundwater users. The product is biodegradable (>60% in 28 days, OECD 301B), making it suitable for ZLD systems. For Dubai's common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) for industrial clusters (JAFZA, Dubai Industrial City), Deposit Controller 276 is preferred because it does not contribute to phosphorus load. Dosage: 20-100 ppm in cooling water. It is compatible with all common biocides. The product also contains a stainless steel corrosion inhibitor. For zinc-free systems (to avoid heavy metal discharge), we offer a variant with molybdate. Deposit Controller 276 is supplied as a clear to hazy liquid (freeze-thaw stable). Available in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs. We provide jar testing and pilot studies for Dubai's industries.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 276 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals. The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 276 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics.. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 276 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally.In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.

    INNOVA BW 276 is compatible with almost all products used in total boiler water treatment program.
