Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Dubai's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in high-rise buildings (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall), district cooling plants, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and pharmaceutical cleanrooms. Dubai's make-up water – desalinated water (TDS 200-500 mg/L, chlorides 150-300 ppm, very low hardness) or brackish groundwater (TDS 2000-8000 mg/L, chlorides 500-2000 ppm) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Dubai's large district cooling plants and high-rise complexes, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For facilities using desalinated water (very low hardness, aggressive), we offer molybdate-based inhibitors (better for high-chloride environments). For food-grade closed loops (dairy, date processing), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems. For systems with high chloride content (brackish water or seawater intrusion), our inhibitors include additional chelants and film-forming amines. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.
