Innova Corporate (India) offers Isothiazoline-based biocide (CMIT/MIT 1.5% or 14% active) for Dubai's industrial water treatment, paints, adhesives, and cooling towers. The active ingredients – CMIT and MIT – are highly effective against bacteria, fungi, and algae at low concentrations (1-15 ppm). For Dubai's cooling towers (district cooling, data centers, hotels), isothiazoline provides long-term microbial control (residual activity 1-2 weeks) without foaming or volatility. For water-based paint manufacturing (small local units), isothiazoline prevents in-can spoilage at 0.05-0.2%. For metalworking fluids in engineering workshops, it extends fluid life. The biocide works by inhibiting key enzymes (reacts with thiol groups). It is stable over pH 3-9 and up to 50°C (122°F). However, it should NOT be used with reducing agents like sodium sulfite (common oxygen scavenger). For Dubai's CETPs, isothiazoline is sometimes added to final effluent to prevent biofouling. The product is REACH compliant and EPA registered. For food processing (dairy, date, seafood), we offer a food-grade isothiazoline (1.5% active) with FDA approval. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs. For small district cooling plants and commercial buildings, we offer 1.5% ready-to-use solution in 5L pails. We provide challenge testing and biocide rotation programs to prevent resistance.

INNOVA BCD 407 can be fed as received or diluted with water minimum 10% concentration with any chemical feed solution. The chemical should be added to cooling tower basin (or any other point, which provides uniform mixing) addition should be made to metering pump to minimize handling.
Badly fouled systems must be cleaned before treatment to start. INITIAL DOSE - When the system is noticeably fouled, slug feed 50 to 75 ppm of INNOVA BCD 407 in the system. SUBSEQUENT DOSE - When the Microbial count is evident, slug feed 25 to 50 ppm of INNOVA BCD 407.
he best indication of the successful application of INNOVA BCD 407 is visual inspection of tower surfaces or monitoring changes in heat transfer on metal surface of process equipment. Uses of on-site bacterial counts or microscopic examination provide relative indicators of system cleanliness and biological control. If bacteria counts are used, Note that counts may be high immediately after biocide addition. Counts will be lower as control is achieved
