Innova Corporate (India) supplies Glutaraldehyde (25% or 50% active solution) – a broad-spectrum, non-oxidizing biocide for Dubai's industrial water treatment, district cooling, aluminium smelting, and food applications. Glutaraldehyde is highly effective against bacteria (including SRB and Legionella), fungi, and algae over a wide pH range (6-9). For Dubai's cooling towers in district cooling plants, data centers, hotels, and manufacturing units, glutaraldehyde provides rapid kill and residual activity (2-10 days), making it ideal for weekly shock dosing at 50-150 ppm. For reverse osmosis (RO) systems in district cooling (makeup treatment) and industrial ZLD, it is used for membrane sanitization (0.5-1% solution for 30 minutes) and storage – it does not damage polyamide membranes. For hospitals (Dubai Healthcare City) and hotels, it is used for Legionella control. The product is non-foaming and compatible with most scale inhibitors. It has a characteristic pungent odor – proper ventilation required. Its half-life in water is 2-10 days depending on pH, temperature, and organic load – in Dubai's summer (50°C/122°F), half-life reduces to 1-2 days, environmentally beneficial for discharge. Glutaraldehyde is synergistic with quaternary ammonium compounds and DBNPA. Available in 25L carboys, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs (25% or 50% concentrations). For food contact applications (dairy, date processing), we provide 50% glutaraldehyde with FDA compliance. Shelf life: 2 years when stored below 30°C (86°F) – Dubai's heat requires air-conditioned storage. We provide on-site residual testing using Schiff's reagent.
