Innova Corporate (India) offers Fireside Treatment Chemicals for Chhattisgarh's industrial boilers and furnaces – addressing low-temperature corrosion, slagging, fouling, and soot deposits. In Chhattisgarh, industries such as power plants (coal-fired), steel plant (Bhilai – blast furnaces), cement plants (kilns), and aluminium smelters (potlines) use fuels: coal, petcoke, furnace oil (FO), and natural gas. When burning high-sulfur fuels (especially coal and petcoke), combustion produces acidic compounds (SO₂, SO₃) that condense on cooler surfaces causing low-temperature corrosion (dew point corrosion). Ash-containing fuels (coal) cause slagging and fouling. Our fireside products include: magnesium hydroxide slurries (50-60%), dolomite-based powders, fuel-borne catalysts (ferrocene, cerium, manganese), and slag control additives. For coal-fired power plants (Chhattisgarh has many), our magnesium hydroxide additive (0.1-0.5% of fuel flow) neutralizes sulfur acids, reducing dew point corrosion and extending air preheater life. For cement kilns (coal/petcoke fired), we offer slag control additives to prevent clinker formation and ring formation in the kiln. For steel plant blast furnaces, we provide slag conditioners. For natural gas-fired boilers, we provide vanadium inhibitors if needed. Typical dosage: 0.5-2 kg per ton of fuel (solid) or 0.1-0.3% for liquid fuels. Our products improve boiler efficiency by 2-4% and reduce emissions. Available in 25kg bags (powder) and 200L drums (liquid). We provide flue gas analysis (SO₃ dew point) and efficiency audits.
Deposits of slag and ash on the fireside of boilers in Chhattisgarh can reduce efficiency and damage tubes. Our chemical solutions reduce these deposits and gradually remove existing slag. This combination additive in powder form is designed for the prevention of fireside deposits on all types of boilers, tubes, heaters, flunkies, and economizers, keeping your systems clean from soot, clinker, fouling, and corrosion.
