Innova Corporate (India) offers Bio-Dispersants – surfactant-polymer blends (non-ionic and anionic) designed to penetrate and break down biofilm (EPS) and suspend organic debris for removal via blowdown or filtration. This is critical for Chhattisgarh's industrial water systems, especially cooling towers using Mahanadi river water (which has moderate organic matter, BOD 5-15 mg/L, algae in summer) and recycled water. For Bhilai Steel Plant and Korba power plants, bio-dispersants reduce biofouling on heat exchanger tubes and cooling tower fill media. For cement plants and aluminium smelters, they remove organic impurities in cooling loops. For reverse osmosis (RO) systems in power and steel ZLD plants, our bio-dispersants prevent biofouling on membrane surfaces, reducing the frequency of aggressive chemical cleanings. For food processing (rice mills) and mining, they help break down organic residues. The product is non-oxidizing and non-corrosive to stainless steel, copper alloys, and mild steel. Dosing range: 10-50 ppm once daily for maintenance, or 100-200 ppm weekly shock for systems with established biofilm. Bio-dispersants are synergistic with glutaraldehyde and isothiazolinone – we often recommend a dual program: biocide shock weekly, with bio-dispersant continuous. For Chhattisgarh's common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) for steel, power, and cement clusters, we supply bulk quantities for control of filamentous bacteria and foam reduction. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs. We provide biofilm sampling and ATP testing to quantify effectiveness for Chhattisgarh's industries.
