Innova Corporate (India) offers a specialized defoamer for syrup tanks (spelling "deformer" = defoamer) for Bihar's food processing industry – including sugar mills (syrup storage), fruit processing (mango, litchi, banana), petha sweets manufacturing, and confectionery units. Bihar is famous for its traditional sweets (petha, khaja, balushahi, anarsa) and also has units producing liquid glucose, invert syrup, and jaggery. During the dissolving, boiling, and cooling of sugar solutions (50-70 Brix), intense foaming occurs due to proteins, saponins, and surface-active impurities present in raw sugar or from the cane source. This foam can cause overflow of kettles, loss of product, safety hazards (burn risks), and reduced heat transfer efficiency. Our defoamer for syrup tanks is a food-grade emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and hydrophobic silica or a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene block copolymer (non-ionic). It is odorless, tasteless, and heat-stable up to 100-120°C (212-248°F) (boiling temperature of syrup). Addition of just 5-20 ppm immediately collapses foam and prevents re-formation. The product is FDA-compliant (21 CFR 173.340) for use in sugar processing, and is also HALAL and Kosher certified for export-oriented sweet manufacturers. For Bihar's large-scale sweet manufacturers (Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur), we provide this defoamer in 5L and 25L containers with a manual dosing trigger or peristaltic pump. It does not affect the color, clarity, taste, or shelf life of the final product. The defoamer also improves heat transfer efficiency by reducing insulating foam layers on heating coils (steam jacketed kettles or direct gas-fired pans). For jaggery (gur) production (many units in Bihar's sugarcane belt), we offer a vegetable oil-based defoamer (more traditional, from palm or soybean oil). For molasses storage tanks (in distilleries or cattle feed plants), our defoamer prevents foaming during filling and mixing. We also offer automatic defoamer injection systems with foam sensors for continuous sugar processing lines. Available in 5L, 25L, 200L drums. We provide certificates of food-grade compliance, HALAL, Kosher, and free-from-allergens upon request. Shelf life: 24 months. For small sweet shops, we offer 250ml and 500ml bottles with a dropper – just a few drops per batch. Technical support includes dosage optimization based on sugar source and boiling temperature.
Tacelene Chem 2015 Dosage for Process & ET Plants to subside the foam we recommended 200 gms. per 10000 ltrs. capacity. Our product directly added to the Process tank & Aeration tank dilution with water. If foam concentration is high or elevated dose may be by extra 100 gms., subsequently. Application & dosage can be determined by taking industrial trials.
Tacelene Chem 2015 is compatible with almost all products used in process & effluent water treatment program.
