Innova Corporate (India) offers Bio-Dispersants – advanced surfactant-polymer blends designed to penetrate, break down, and suspend biofilm (EPS) and organic debris in Bihar's industrial water systems. Biofouling is a severe challenge in Bihar's warm and humid climate (35-45°C, high humidity during monsoon), especially in cooling towers using Ganges river water (BOD 5-15 mg/L, algae during summer) or groundwater with dissolved iron that promotes bacterial growth. Unlike conventional biocides that leave dead biomass, our bio-dispersants physically remove slime layers, preventing heat exchanger fouling, reducing pressure drop across filters, and minimizing microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC). For Bihar's sugar mills (West Champaran, Gopalganj), where cooling towers are critical for condenser and vacuum pan operations, regular bio-dispersant use extends cleaning intervals from monthly to quarterly. For rice mills and edible oil refineries (Patna, Begusarai), our product prevents biofilm formation in plate heat exchangers and RO pretreatment systems. For textile and pharmaceutical units, bio-dispersants keep cooling loops clean. The product is non-oxidizing, non-corrosive, and operates over pH 5-10. Dosing: 10-50 ppm daily or 100-200 ppm weekly shock. Synergistic with glutaraldehyde and DBNPA. For Bihar's CETPs for sugar and textile clusters, we supply bulk quantities for filamentous bacteria control. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs. We provide on-site biofilm sampling and ATP testing.
