Unlike conventional biocides that leave dead biomass, our bio-dispersants physically remove slime layers, preventing heat exchanger fouling, reducing pressure drop across filters, and minimizing microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC). For Bihar's sugar mills (West Champaran, Gopalganj), where cooling towers are critical for condenser and vacuum pan operations, regular bio-dispersant use extends cleaning intervals from monthly to quarterly. For rice mills and edible oil refineries (Patna, Begusarai), our product prevents biofilm formation in plate heat exchangers and RO pretreatment systems. For textile and pharmaceutical units, bio-dispersants keep cooling loops clean. The product is non-oxidizing, non-corrosive, and operates over pH 5-10.
