Innova Corporate (India) offers Antiscalant-275, a high-performance liquid formulation for Bihar's industrial water systems facing calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale. Industries rely on the Ganges and groundwater, which can be prone to scaling, especially during summer. Antiscalant-275 effectively inhibits scale at LSI up to +2.5. For sugar mill ZLD plants and food processing units, it extends membrane cleaning intervals. The product is stable over pH 5-11 and tolerates temperatures up to 90°C (194°F). Compatible with chlorine and non-oxidizing biocides. A low-phosphorus variant is available for facilities needing to meet strict discharge limits. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 275 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals.The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 275 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.

    INNOVA BW 275 is compatible with almost all products used in total boiler water treatment program.
