Innova Corporate (India) offers a comprehensive range of defoamers (antifoaming agents) for Baddi's industrial processes where foam causes operational problems – including cooling towers, pharmaceutical ETPs, textile dyeing, food processing (bakeries), and paper mills. Foam in Baddi's cooling towers (pharma, textile) reduces heat transfer, causes water loss, and triggers biocide carryover. Our defoamer range includes: silicone-based (PDMS emulsion, 10-30% active) – effective at very low levels (1-5 ppm), high temperature stability; non-silicone oil-based – for food-grade applications; water-based polyglycol defoamers – for high-temperature systems and ETP aeration tanks; powder defoamers – for dry mixes. For Baddi's pharmaceutical ETPs (aeration tanks), biological foam is controlled using water-based polyglycol defoamers that don't harm biomass. For textile dyeing units, high-shear jet dyeing machines at 130°C require silicone emulsion defoamers. For food processing (bakeries), we offer food-grade, vegetable oil-based defoamers (FDA-approved). For paper mills, silicone defoamers control foam in paper machine white water. Typical dosage: 5-50 ppm continuous or 100-200 ppm shock. Available in 25L, 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide defoamer test kits (shake test) and automatic feed systems.
