Fuel Additives from Innova Corporate are designed to improve combustion efficiency, reduce emissions, prevent deposit formation, and enhance storage stability of fuels used in engines and boilers by Ahmedabad's industries, hotels, and transport sector. Ahmedabad's industries use a mix of diesel (HSD – high-speed diesel), furnace oil (FO – for boilers), light diesel oil (LDO), petrol (gasoline for fleet vehicles), and in some cases, bio-diesel blends and natural gas (CNG/PNG). Our fuel additive line includes: combustion catalysts (organo-metallic compounds – ferrocene, cerium, platinum, manganese) that reduce ignition temperature and improve burn completeness; detergent/dispersant additives (polyisobutylene amine – PIBA, polyether amine – PEA) for cleaning injectors, intake valves, and combustion chambers; cetane boosters (2-ethylhexyl nitrate, di-tert-butyl peroxide) to improve ignition quality of diesel; stabilizers (antioxidants – alkylated diphenylamines, hindered phenols) to prevent gum and sludge formation during storage; biocides (triazine, glutaraldehyde) for diesel storage tanks to prevent "diesel bug"; cold flow improvers (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, polymethacrylates) for winter, though less needed in Ahmedabad's mild winter; and lubricity improvers (fatty acid esters, carboxylic acids) for low-sulfur diesel. For Ahmedabad's diesel generators (backup power for hotels, hospitals, IT parks, and manufacturing plants), adding a cetane booster (500-1000 ppm) and injector cleaner improves fuel efficiency by 3-5% and reduces black smoke, helping meet GPCB emissions norms. For furnace oil-fired boilers in textile mills and chemical plants, our combustion catalyst (300-800 ppm) reduces soot formation, lowers stack temperature, and cuts fuel consumption by 4-8% – payback is typically less than 3 months. For diesel storage tanks at Ahmedabad's transport depots (e.g., near CTM or Narol), our biocide (e.g., triazine 10-50 ppm every 3-6 months) prevents microbial growth that clogs filters and corrodes tanks. For petrol vehicles (fleet cars, taxis, delivery vans), we have octane boosters and fuel system cleaners. For high-altitude or low-temperature operation (not relevant for Ahmedabad), we have de-icers. All products are supplied in 200ml to 200L containers with dosing instructions (usually 1:1000 to 1:5000 treat ratio). We also provide fuel analysis (calorific value, sulfur content, viscosity, flash point, cetane index, water content, microbial count) for Ahmedabad's customers to diagnose fuel-related problems. For fleet operators, we offer automatic fuel additive dosing systems that inject additive at the refueling point.
