Hot Water Corrosion Inhibitors from Innova Corporate are specifically formulated for closed-loop hot water heating systems, solar water heaters, and process hot water circuits in Agra's hotels, hospitals, and industrial facilities. Agra's typical make-up water (hard, with chlorides and oxygen) causes general and pitting corrosion of mild steel and copper components when heated to 60-90°C. Our inhibitors are based on sodium nitrite (anodic inhibitor), molybdate (pitting inhibitor), tolyltriazole (copper corrosion inhibitor), and a pH buffer (borate or bicarbonate). For hotel domestic hot water recirculation loops (which often have brass valves, copper pipes, and steel storage tanks), we recommend a nitrite-borate-azole blend at 500-1000 ppm (as product). For solar water heaters (increasingly popular in Agra due to abundant sunlight), our propylene glycol-based antifreeze + inhibitor prevents corrosion and scaling. For process hot water circuits in tanneries and textile mills, we offer a higher temperature stable (up to 120°C) inhibitor containing phosphonates and azoles. The products are supplied as liquid concentrates (25-40% active) for easy dosing. We provide test kits for nitrite, molybdate, pH, and azole to monitor treatment levels. For existing systems with rust or scale, we offer a pre-treatment cleaner (acid or alkaline) before inhibitor application. For food-grade hot water circuits (e.g., dairy hot water cleaning), we supply NSF-approved inhibitors. Available in 25L, 200L drums.
