Flocculant Ionic Poly Electrolyte (INNOVA PE 611) in Agra
Flocculant Ionic Poly Electrolyte PE-611 is a high molecular weight (10-12 million Da), anionic polyacrylamide (APAM) with a medium charge density (20-30% hydrolysis) from Innova Corporate, specifically designed for mineral processing, sand washing, and inorganic suspended solids in Agra's industries. For Agra's marble and stone cutting units – which generate a slurry of fine calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) particles (1-50 µm) – this anionic flocculant rapidly settles the solids in a thickener or clarifier, producing clear water for recycling. Dosage: 2-10 ppm of the slurry volume. For sand washing plants (construction aggregates for Agra's building boom), PE-611 clarifies wash water, enabling reuse. For ceramic industries (Agra has small pottery units), it settles clay fines. The product is supplied as white granular powder (100% active) with a hydrolysis degree of 25-30%. It should be dissolved at 0.1-0.2% concentration in soft water. For red mud settling (if any alumina refinery near Agra), PE-611 is effective. It is also used for coal washing (coal from nearby mines). For textile effluent with high TSS from scouring, this anionic flocculant may be used after cationic coagulant. Compatibility: not for use with high cationic salts. Pack sizes: 25kg bags. We provide flocculant make-down units (automatic powder feeders) for continuous treatment. For Agra's municipal water treatment, APAM is sometimes used as a filter aid (though less common).

Directions for Use:
INNOVA PE 611 may be unloaded manually or taken directly in to the dilution tank from the container. Prepare stock solution (1.0 to 1.5% w/v) of the polyelectrolytes using clear filtered water.
Prepare feed solution by diluting the stock solution directly or by on-line using filtered water. For small chemicals can be dosed by gravity or by dosing equipment. However, for large systems use of dosing system is recommended. We will recommend the dosing equipment best suited for your requirement.
Dosage :
Recommended dosage is in the range of 0.5 to 1.0 ppm depending on the water quality.
Handling :
Do not store the material in open. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. These products exhibit very low order of oral toxicity. No special care is required in handling this product.
