Fatty Acid Based Viscosity Reducer from Innova Corporate is a unique formulation for Agra's heavy oil, crude oil, and high-viscosity industrial fluid applications. This product contains saturated and unsaturated fatty acids (C12-C18) modified with polymeric dispersants that reduce the viscosity of heavy fuel oils, residual oils, and waxy crude by breaking down large asphaltene and paraffin agglomerates. For tanker cleaning in Agra's transport industry, adding 0.1-0.5% of this reducer improves flowability and reduces pumping energy. For rubber processing (Agra has some rubber smokehouses and product manufacturers), it reduces viscosity of natural rubber latex or reclaimed rubber compounds. For paint and coating manufacturing (small scale in Agra), this product acts as a rheology modifier to lower viscosity of high-solids formulations without using volatile solvents. The product is non-toxic and biodegradable, unlike solvent-based reducers. It works by intercalating between paraffin wax crystals and preventing network formation. Dosage: 0.05-0.5% by weight of the viscous fluid. It is compatible with most hydrocarbons, esters, and synthetic oils.
