Dispersing Agent 45 is a medium-molecular-weight polyacrylate (MW ~8000) from Innova Corporate, optimized for dispersion of high concentrations of suspended solids in Agra's industrial effluents and cooling water systems. This product has a higher molecular weight than Dispersing Agent 35, providing enhanced bridging and stabilization for fine particles like clay, silt, and precipitated metal hydroxides. For Agra's marble and stone processing units (which generate fine marble slurry, particle size 1-50 µm), Dispersing Agent 45 keeps the slurry suspended in recirculating water, preventing rapid sedimentation and clogging of pumps and pipes. For textile effluent, it disperses color bodies and flocculated dyes to prevent redeposition. For cooling towers operating on turbid Yamuna water (especially post-monsoon when suspended solids >100 ppm), this dispersant prevents mud balls and sludge accumulation on fill media. It also acts as a threshold scale inhibitor for calcium carbonate. The product is thermally stable to 100°C and works in pH 4-10. For reverse osmosis feed, Dispersing Agent 45 helps prevent colloidal fouling (silt density index reduction). Dosage: 5-30 ppm. Available as a 45% active liquid (viscosity ~500 cP). It is anionic and incompatible with cationic coagulants (should not be mixed directly). For Agra's tanneries, it disperses lime and sulfide flocs in the beamhouse waste, improving settling. We supply lab testing for optimal dosage via jar test. Pack sizes: 200L drums, 1000L IBC. The product is biodegradable (35% in 28 days) – not readily biodegradable but acceptable for ETP discharge.
