Dispersing Agent 35 from Innova Corporate is a low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acid (PAA) sodium salt (MW ~3500) designed as a general-purpose dispersant and scale inhibitor for Agra's industrial water treatment, mineral processing, and detergents. This product is highly effective for dispersing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, clay, and iron oxide particles in cooling water, boiler feed, and reverse osmosis feed streams. For Agra's textile processing, Dispersing Agent 35 is used in pretreatment baths (desizing, scouring, bleaching) to prevent redeposition of removed impurities onto fabric. For Agra's leather tanneries, it is added to soaking and liming drums to keep suspended solids (dirt, fleshings) from reattaching to hides. For cooling towers, a dosage of 2-10 ppm maintains clean surfaces. The product has a carboxyl group density of 10-12 meq/g and is stable over pH 3-11 and temperature up to 90°C. It is compatible with non-ionic and anionic surfactants, phosphonates, and most biocides. Dispersing Agent 35 is supplied as a 45-50% active liquid (clear to pale yellow). It is also used in ceramic slurry preparation (for Agra's small ceramic/pottery industry) to reduce viscosity and improve flow. For detergent manufacturing (if any in Agra), it acts as a builder and anti-redeposition agent. Dosage guidelines: for water treatment, 1 ppm per 100 ppm of total hardness. Available in 25kg bags (powder) and 200L drums (liquid). We provide on-site performance testing using a turbidity meter or particle size analyzer.
The product should be stored indoors in the original unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place & observe the following conditions during Storage and handle. MSDS of the Product is available on request.
