Deposit Controller 274 is a multifunctional liquid formulation from Innova Corporate designed to control scale, disperse suspended solids, and inhibit corrosion in Agra's cooling water systems. This product is a blend of phosphonates (HEDP, ATMP), polyacrylate copolymer (AA/AMPS), tolyltriazole (copper corrosion inhibitor), and a zinc salt (cathodic inhibitor). It provides a all-in-one treatment for small-to-medium cooling towers in Agra's hotels, textile units, and tanneries that lack sophisticated chemical feed systems. Deposit Controller 274 effectively prevents calcium carbonate scale at LSI up to +2.0, disperses iron oxides, silt, and clay, and protects mild steel (corrosion rate <2 mpy) and copper alloys (<0.5 mpy). For Agra's typical make-up water (Yamuna: hardness 350 ppm, M-alkalinity 280 ppm, chloride 150 ppm, pH 7.8), a dosage of 50-150 ppm maintains clean heat transfer surfaces. The product is stable up to 60°C and pH 6.5-9.5. It is compatible with oxidizing biocides (chlorine, bromine) at typical residual levels (0.5-1 ppm free chlorine). For best results, maintain pH 7.8-8.5 (acid feed may be needed). Deposit Controller 274 is supplied as a clear amber liquid with specific gravity 1.15-1.20. It can be dosed via electronic metering pump proportional to make-up water flow. We provide test kits for total phosphate, zinc, and conductivity for on-site monitoring. For Agra's seasonal hotel operations, we offer a winter lay-up treatment using the same product at higher concentration (500 ppm). Available in 25L, 200L drums.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 274 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 274 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water..
