Coagulant Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-607 is a high-performance, ultra-high charge density (>9 meq/g), low molecular weight (approx. 300,000 Da) liquid coagulant specifically developed for Agra's difficult-to-treat industrial effluents containing colloidal silica, clay, and negatively charged organic compounds. This product is particularly effective for reverse osmosis pretreatment in Agra's textile and hotel sectors, where colloidal fouling of membranes is a major issue. The Yamuna water during monsoon carries high turbidity (300-500 NTU) consisting of fine clay and silt particles (size <1 µm) that pass through conventional sand filters. PE-607 neutralizes these colloids, allowing them to agglomerate into filterable flocs. For Agra's car wash facilities and laundries (hotel industry), this coagulant clarifies recycle water for reuse. It also precipitates anionic surfactants (linear alkylbenzene sulfonates) from laundry wastewater. Dosage ranges from 20-80 ppm depending on feed turbidity. The product forms pin flocs (small, dense flocs) that settle quickly in a lamella clarifier or dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit. Unlike aluminum or iron salts, PE-607 does not add dissolved solids to treated water, which is critical for RO feed. For Agra's textile dye houses, it also removes hydrolyzed reactive dyes that cause membrane staining. Available as a 10-15% active liquid with a shelf life of 12 months. Dosing via electronic metering pump synchronized with influent flow. We supply jar test kits and turbidity meters for Agra's customers.
The percentage decolourisation obtained depends upon the INNOVA PE 607 quantity used, upto certain limits. Under normal conditions, 10 to 20 ppm, on juice is sufficient to achieve a high degree of decolourisation. The dosing point should be into the sulphited juice entering the Dorr Clarifier or in the mixed juice tank.
Higher dilution is necessary because of the concentrated nature of INNOVA PE 607 dilution at a level of 1:20, with water, is recommended prior to its being dosed. Dosing pumps should be used for dosing the diluted product to ensure thorough and proportionate mixing. Product dilution and feeding should be done from plastic barrels only.
INNOVA PE 607 has a long shelf life; it should be stored at ambient temperature. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with large amount of water several times.
INNOVA PE 607 is available in 25Kgs & 50Kgs drum.
