Antiscalant (INNOVA BW 275)
INNOVA BW 275 is formulated for the high hardness and high TDS waters used in Low pressure boilers,. When used in conjunction with a sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger, it provides a highly effective internal boiler water treatment programmed, maintaining minimum scale and maximum heat transfer.

INNOVA BW 275 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals.The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

- Dosage & Feeding:
INNOVA BW 275 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.
Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
INNOVA BW 275 is compatible with almost all products used in total boiler water treatment program.
INNOVA BW 275 is available in 25kgs, 50 kgs & 200 kgs drums.
