Innova Corporate (India) provides TBTOB based Biocide for challenging applications in West Bengal. TBTOB is valued where persistent fungal problems and biocide-resistant strains occur - common in jute mills (lignin, cellulose), leather tanneries (organic matter), and tea processing. It works through multiple mechanisms, making it effective against resistant strains with exceptional control of fungi and yeasts. Offers excellent stability up to 90°C and long-lasting residual activity (5-10 days). Typical dosage: 50-200 ppm shock (every 5-10 days) or 10-30 ppm continuous. Important: low water solubility - emulsify properly. Use appropriate PPE. By using our product, West Bengal industries achieve effective fungal control (90-99% reduction), long-lasting protection, and broad-spectrum efficacy against resistant strains.
Our INNOVA BCD 503 is an ideal solution for cooling towers and process water environments in West-bengal where long-lasting microbial protection is essential due to the local climate. By neutralizing aggressive biological contaminants, it prevents bio-corrosion and safeguards metal components in local rubber and tea processing machinery from premature degradation. Integrating this advanced biocide into your water treatment strategy helps maintain the overall integrity and performance of your industrial infrastructure throughout West-bengal, ensuring seamless and cost-effective operations.
Dosage in cooling water treatment programs 40 to 100 ppm for effective control of biocide activity, for cooling waters.
INNOVA BCD 503 can be fed as received or diluted with water minimum 10% concentration with any chemical feed solution. The chemical should be added to cooling tower basin (or any other point, which provides uniform mixing) addition should be made to metering pump to minimize handling.
Badly fouled systems must be cleaned before treatment to start. INITIAL DOSE - When the system is noticeably fouled, slug feed 75 to 150 ppm of INNOVA BCD 503 in the system. SUBSEQUENT DOSE - When the Microbial count is evident, slug feed 50 to 100 ppm of INNOVA BCD 503.
The best indication of the successful application of INNOVA BCD 503 is visual inspection of tower surfaces or monitoring changes in heat transfer on metal surface of process equipment.
Uses of on-site bacterial counts or microscopic examination provide relative indicators of system cleanliness and biological control. If bacteria counts are used, Note that counts may be high immediately after biocide addition. Counts will be lower as control is achieved.
INNOVA BCD 503 is available in 25Kgs, 50Kgs & 200 Kgs.
