Innova Corporate (India) offers Deposit Controller 277, a specialty polymer blend for challenging industrial water applications across Uttar Pradesh. Industries face challenges from high TDS (1000-3000 ppm), high hardness (300-700 ppm), high fluoride (1.5-5 ppm - endemic fluorosis), high iron (2-10 ppm), high nitrate (50-150 ppm), high chromium (from leather - Kanpur, Agra), and high organic load. The product controls calcium carbonate, fluoride scales, iron oxide, nitrate scales, chromium scales, silica, and organic deposits through chelation, dispersion, and inhibition. Typical dosage: 20-80 ppm. By using this product, UP industries achieve control of difficult deposits (including fluoride and chromium scales - critical for fluorosis-affected areas and Ganga river pollution), extended equipment life, and improved water quality in ZLD systems.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 277 a chemical softening agent designed for the control of corrosion and scale in boiler internals. When used in conjunction with a sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger, it provides a highly effective internal boiler water treatment programmed.

Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 277 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
