Innova Corporate (India) offers Deposit Controller 277, a specialty polymer blend for challenging industrial water applications across Sri Lanka. Industries face challenges from moderate TDS (150-350 ppm), moderate hardness (80-200 ppm), high fluoride (1-3 ppm), high iron (2-10 ppm), and high organic load from rubber and tea. The product controls calcium carbonate, fluoride scales, iron oxide, silica, and organic deposits through chelation, dispersion, and inhibition. Typical dosage: 20-80 ppm. By using this product, Sri Lankan industries achieve control of difficult deposits (including fluoride scales - critical for dry zone fluorosis), extended equipment life, and improved water quality in ZLD systems.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 277 a chemical softening agent designed for the control of corrosion and scale in boiler internals. When used in conjunction with a sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger, it provides a highly effective internal boiler water treatment programmed.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 277 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 277 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
