Innova Corporate (India) offers a premium Food Grade Di-Thio Carbamate based Biocide for food processing, tea processing, and dairy industries of Sri Lanka. With growing food processing (coconut, spices, fruits, vegetables), tea processing (Ceylon tea - export), and dairy, there is demand for biocides meeting local food safety standards (SLSI - Sri Lanka Standards Institution). Our product works by complexing with metal ions essential for microbial enzyme function, controlling bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and algae without leaving harmful residues. Key applications include tea processing sanitation (fermentation, drying), food processing sanitation, beverage production, and dairy processing equipment. Offers excellent thermal stability (up to 90°C). Typical usage: 10-50 ppm continuous or 50-200 ppm shock. By using our product, Sri Lanka's food, tea, and dairy industries achieve SLSI compliance, effective microbial control without product contamination, extended equipment run times (3-5x longer), and safe ETP/ZLD discharge for marine protection.

Dosage & Feeding:
INNOVA BCD 002 is stable and can be stored for extended period of time. Product should be stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Special care should be taken to avoid contact with chemicals such as acids, quaternary compounds, oxidising agents, low pH materials etc. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and food. In case of contact, immediately flush yes or skin with large amount of water several times. If swallowed, drink large amount of water or milk and get medical attention immediately. Do not reuse the empty container, destroy it.
