Innova Corporate (India) offers specialized Hot Water Corrosion Inhibitors for closed-loop hot water heating systems and solar water heating systems across New Delhi. Facilities in Okhla, Mayapuri, Naraina, and commercial buildings operating hot water boilers, district heating systems, and solar thermal systems face challenges from dissolved oxygen corrosion, galvanic corrosion (mixed metals - copper, steel, brass), and scale formation in New Delhi's high TDS (800-2500 ppm) and high hardness (400-800 ppm) water. Our products are molybdate-based, nitrite-based, or silicate-based formulations with azole for yellow metal protection. Key features include effective corrosion protection for steel, copper, brass, and aluminum; thermal stability up to 100°C; phosphate-free options for environmental compliance; and compatibility with antifreeze. Typical dosage: 500-2000 ppm. By using our products, New Delhi facilities achieve extended hot water system life (10-15 years), reduced pitting corrosion, reduced maintenance costs, improved heat transfer efficiency, and CPCB/DPCC compliance.
Hot Water Corrosion Inhibitor can also be used in low pressure steam boilers as a single drum programme in New-delhi, where it is specially designed for waters with a high non-alkaline hardness and low silica levels. It is highly suitable for ferrous and cuprous materials found in local processing equipment. While it may be used with care in systems containing galvanized steel, it is unsuitable for systems containing aluminium.
