Innova Corporate (India) offers High Pressure Boiler Water Treatment 340, a specialized treatment program for high-pressure boilers (60-100 kg/cm²) across New Delhi. Facilities in Okhla, Patparganj, Bawana, and Narela including pharmaceutical plants (sterilization boilers), food processing, and chemical units with high-pressure boilers require ultra-pure feed water. Our program includes Oxygen Scavengers (catalysed sodium sulfite, carbohydrazide, DEHA) for dissolved oxygen removal below 0.005 ppm; pH Boosters (cyclohexylamine, morpholine, ammonia) for maintaining pH 9.5-11.5; Scale Inhibitors (phosphonate-free polymers for iron and silica control); Condensate Line Corrosion Inhibitors (film-forming and neutralizing amines); and Boiler Preservation Chemicals for lay-up. Key benefits include scale-free operation, corrosion prevention, reduced fuel consumption (5-10% savings), extended boiler life (15-20 years), and CPCB/DPCC compliance.
A novel combination product for protecting the entire system, it effectively controls oxygen-induced corrosion in the feed line and boiler, as well as corrosion induced by oxygen and carbon dioxide in condensate for New-delhi based installations. While designed for high-pressure systems, it remains highly applicable to low and medium pressure setups within the region's diverse manufacturing sector.
Essentially an alternative to hydrazine in the "zero solids" approach to oxygen scavenging, it requires minimum alteration to existing dosing arrangements in local facilities. It is less toxic than hydrazine and reacts faster with oxygen. Importantly for New-delhi industries, it does not produce ammonia, making it non-corrosive to copper and its alloys found in various processing machinery.
For convenience the three integral parts of the system boiler system are considered separately.

INNOVA BW 340 is compatible with most chemicals used in total boiler water treatment programs.
Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 10 to 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention. Remove contaminated clothing and in severe cases seek immediate medical attention. Wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
Because of its strong reducing properties INNOVA BW 340 converts red brown ferric oxide to the more desirable ferroso-ferric oxide (magnetite), its reaction rate with oxygen is faster than that of catalysed hydrazine, an important factor relative to feed water flow rate for greater protection to the whole system.
As well as its strong reducing properties and rapid reaction rate with oxygen, INNOVA BW 340 does not significantly contribute to dissolved solids in the boiler water. It may, therefore, be used as an alternative to hydrazine for high pressure installation or wherever the zero solids approach is called for.
In addition to the properties already considered, the volatility of INNOVA BW 340 is such that any product remaining unreacted in the boiler, is available in the system to react with oxygen in the condensate. The broad spectrum distribution ration ensures its uniform availability throughout the entire condensate system. As reaction products do not include ammonia and or ammonia releasing chemicals, copper and its alloys are not attacked.
All Vapour Technology (AVT) is applicable to the majority of steam boiler systems as well as pressurised hot water systems which demand a zero solids approach. However, systems differ greatly not only in terms of size and complexity, but also in terms of pressure. In order that maximum benefits can be achieved from AV Technology in virtually any system, the products based on zero solids approach, INNOVA BW 340 have been introduced.
INNOVA BW 340 is available in 25kgs, 50 kgs & 200 kgs drums.
