Innova Corporate (India) presents Antiscalant-275 for Mathura. Industrial facilities across Mathura Industrial Area, Defence Enclave, Kosi Kalan, Farah, and Chhata struggle with high TDS (800-2000 ppm), high hardness (300-600 ppm), high nitrate (50-150 ppm), high fluoride (1.5-3.5 ppm), high iron (2-8 ppm), and high ammonia from refinery effluents. This leads to aggressive scale deposition, nitrate fouling, fluoride scaling, iron fouling, and equipment failure in cooling towers, heat exchangers, and RO systems. Antiscalant-275 is a phosphonate-polymer blend threshold inhibitor preventing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, nitrate compounds, fluoride compounds, iron oxides, and ammonia-related scales. Works through crystal distortion, threshold inhibition, and dispersion. Effective in cooling water (pH 7.5-9.0, TDS up to 5000 ppm, temperature up to 70°C). Key industries: oil refinery (Mathura Refinery - Indian Oil Corporation), textile mills (Kosi Kalan), sugar mills, and dairy plants. Liquid, easy to dose at 2-20 ppm. Application:

    INNOVA BW 275 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals.The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 275 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
