This extremely challenging water chemistry leads to aggressive scale deposition, gypsum scaling, fluoride scaling, silica scaling, and corrosion in cooling towers, heat exchangers, boiler systems, and RO membranes, causing production losses, increased energy consumption, and premature equipment failure. Antiscalant-275 is a high-performance phosphonate-polymer blend threshold inhibitor that effectively prevents the precipitation of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate (gypsum), barium sulfate, strontium sulfate, fluoride compounds, silica, and metal oxides even at high temperatures and concentrations. The product works by crystal distortion, threshold inhibition, and dispersion mechanisms, keeping scale-forming ions in solution. It is highly effective in Jodhpur's typical cooling water conditions (pH 7.5-9.0, temperature up to 70°C, TDS up to 10,000-15,000 ppm) and demonstrates excellent thermal stability and chlorine tolerance. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 275 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water.
