Innova Corporate (India) presents a high-performance DBNPA based Biocide, a fast-acting, non-oxidizing biocide for water systems in Jaipur. Industries across Sitapura, VKI Area, Bagru, and Mahindra SEZ often need rapid microbial control for cooling tower startup after shutdown (especially post-winter), severe biological fouling episodes (common in summer), RO membrane disinfection, and emergency shock treatment. DBNPA provides rapid kill within minutes to hours and quickly degrades into harmless byproducts, making it ideal for discharge-sensitive applications under strict RSPCB regulations and ZLD requirements. Our DBNPA is effective against bacteria (Legionella, Pseudomonas), fungi, yeasts, and algae, achieving 99.9% kill within 2-4 hours. Key applications include cooling tower shock treatment (stone processing, textile), RO membrane preservation, pharmaceutical water disinfection, textile processing sanitation (Bagru/Sanganer), and ETP disinfection. The product is liquid or solid. Typical shock dosage: 50-200 ppm for 2-6 hours. Important: DBNPA is pH sensitive (best below pH 8.5) and temperature sensitive - in Jaipur's summer (45-48°C), degradation is rapid, ideal for short-term shock treatment. By using DBNPA biocide, Jaipur industries achieve rapid microbial control (2-4 hours), minimal downtime, no residual toxicity for discharge (critical for water reuse), RO membrane compatibility, and RSPCB compliance.
Dosage in cooling water treatment programs is 25 to 35 ppm for effective control of biocide activity for cooling waters across Jaipur.
INNOVA BCD 416 can be fed as received or diluted with water minimum 10% concentration with any chemical feed solution. The chemical should be added to cooling tower basin (or any other point, which provides uniform mixing) addition should be made to metering pump to minimize handling.
Badly fouled systems must be cleaned before treatment to start. Initial Dose - When the system is noticeably fouled, slug feed 35 to 55 ppm of INNOVA BCD 416 in the system. SUBSEQUENT DOSE - When the Microbial count is evident, slug feed 25 to 50 ppm of INNOVA BCD 416.
The best indication of the successful application of INNOVA BCD 416 is visual inspection of tower surfaces or monitoring changes in heat transfer on metal surface of process equipment.
Uses of on-site bacterial counts or microscopic examination provide relative indicators of system cleanliness and biological control. If bacteria counts are used, Note that counts may be high immediately after biocide addition. Counts will be lower as control is achieved.
INNOVA BCD 416 is available in 25Kgs, 50Kgs & 200 Kgs.
