Designed as an advanced scale inhibitor and dispersant, our formulation is ideal for the industrial water treatment systems found in local oil & gas refineries, petrochemical plants, steel mills, and textile factories across Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, Ahvaz, Assaluyeh, and Mahshahr. Iran's water sources - primarily groundwater (85% of water use) - are characterized by high TDS (2000-10,000+ ppm), high salinity (chlorides 1000-5000 ppm), high sulfates (500-2000 ppm), high hardness (300-800 ppm as CaCO₃), high silica (25-60 ppm), and often high iron and heavy metals. This extremely challenging water chemistry leads to severe scale deposition, silica scaling, sulfate scaling, and corrosion in cooling towers, heat exchangers, and RO systems. Our Acrylic Metal Co-Polymer effectively eliminates the buildup of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, silica scale, iron oxides, and clay/silt deposits, ensuring uninterrupted operation of cooling towers, heat exchangers, boilers, and RO systems. With exceptional thermal stability up to 250°C and excellent dispersion properties for iron oxides, silica, and suspended solids, this co-polymer maximizes equipment productivity in Iran's extreme summer temperatures (45-50°C). It is particularly effective in high TDS, high salinity, high silica, and high hardness conditions commonly found across Iranian groundwater. By reducing maintenance downtime and chemical cleaning frequency, we significantly lower operational costs for Iran's industrial sector. Our product is phosphorus-free and environmentally compatible, making it suitable for facilities with strict DOE discharge regulations and ZLD requirements.
