Facilities in Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, and Jamnagar operating cooling towers, heat exchangers, and low-medium pressure boilers face challenges from mixed deposits (calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, iron oxide, silica, silt, and biological debris). Gujarat's high-TDS groundwater (1000-5000 ppm), iron (2-10 ppm), and silica (20-80 ppm) require a multi-mechanism approach for effective deposit control. Deposit Controller 274 is a proprietary blend of phosphonates, copolymers, and dispersants that provides threshold inhibition, crystal distortion, dispersion, and chelation. It is effective against calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, silica, clay, silt, and biological debris. It is thermally stable up to 150°C, effective across pH 7-9.5, and compatible with corrosion inhibitors and biocides. Typical dosage ranges from 10-50 ppm.     INNOVA BW 274 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 274 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water..
