Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm) or nitrite (400-800 ppm) for mild steel, and tolyltriazole (2-5 ppm) for yellow metals, with additional stabilization for stainless steel. For closed loops (chillers, hot water systems) in Delhi's data centers and commercial complexes, we use nitrite-borate-azole formulations that maintain pH 9-10. For stainless steel (especially 304), high chloride levels in Delhi's groundwater (chlorides 200-500 ppm) and Yamuna water (150-300 ppm) can cause pitting and SCC – our inhibitors contain nitrite or molybdate that compete with chloride ions, raising the pitting potential.
