Innova Corporate (India) offers Coagulant Cationic Poly Electrolyte PE-605 – a medium molecular weight (1-2 million Da), high charge density (6-8 meq/g) liquid polymer for Daman's industrial wastewater pretreatment – especially for textile ETPs (dye and auxiliaries), chemical plants, plastic manufacturing (coolant wastewater), and seafood processing. PE-605 works by charge neutralization and bridging flocculation, converting fine colloidal particles – such as dyes, starches, oils, greases, suspended solids, and organic matter – into larger flocs that settle rapidly or float (in DAF). For Daman's textile CETPs, effluent from dyeing and finishing has high COD (2000-5000 mg/L) and color. PE-605 reduces TSS from 1500 ppm to <100 ppm and color by 80% at 60-120 ppm dosage. For chemical plants and plastic units, it clarifies process wastewater containing oils and suspended solids. For seafood processing plants, it flocculates proteins and fats. The product is effective over pH 5-11 and can be used with inorganic coagulants (alum, PAC, ferric chloride) to reduce overall cost. Dosage optimization via jar testing is essential – we provide portable jar test apparatus and training. The polymer is supplied as a 0.2-0.5% solution. For continuous treatment, we recommend a dosing skid with static mixer, aging tank, and metering pump. For powder form (100% active), we supply in 25kg bags. The product is non-toxic and biodegradable. For Daman's CETPs for textile clusters, PE-605 is used as a primary coagulant before DAF. Available in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs (liquid).
