Daman's make-up water – Daman Ganga river water (hardness 150-300 ppm, chlorides 100-200 ppm) or coastal groundwater (hardness 300-600 ppm, chlorides 500-1500 ppm) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Daman's large industrial complexes (textile mills, chemical plants), we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For coastal facilities using high-chloride groundwater, we offer molybdate-based inhibitors (better chloride tolerance). For food-grade closed loops (seafood processing, food packaging), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite).
