Innova Corporate (India) supplies Liquid Boiler Antiscalants for Chandigarh's low-to-medium pressure boilers (up to 30 bar/435 psi) used in pharmaceutical plants (sterilization), food processing (dairy, bakeries), textile mills, and laundries (hospitals, hotels). Chandigarh's primary water source – Bhakra main canal water (hardness 100-200 ppm, moderate alkalinity) and groundwater (hardness 200-400 ppm) – causes scale formation on boiler tubes. Without treatment, calcium carbonate scale causes insulation, overheating, and tube failure. Our liquid antiscalant contains a synergistic blend of polyacrylic acid, phosphonates (ATMP, HEDP, PBTC), and organic dispersants (maleic-acrylic copolymer). The liquid form allows easy dosing via electronic metering pumps. For pharmaceutical plants using steam for sterilizers and clean-in-place (CIP), improved boiler efficiency reduces fuel costs (natural gas or LDO). Dosage: 1-5 ppm of product per ppm of hardness (as CaCO₃). For boilers with softened water (common in pharma and food), we recommend 5-15 ppm for insurance. Compatible with oxygen scavengers (sodium sulfite, erythorbic acid, DEHA) and pH adjusters (caustic, amines). For food-grade boilers (dairy, bakeries), we offer NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certified version. For Chandigarh's pharma and textile units with ZLD plants, we have high-purity antiscalants with low phosphorus. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs. We also supply automatic antiscalant injection systems and boiler water test kits.
Our Boiler Antiscalant comprises a corrosion inhibitor which forms a protective passive film over the boiler heat transfer surface. This is critical for Chandigarh based factories to prevent contamination due to Iron Hydroxides, pitting, and tube failures. Innova Corporate (India) has established itself as a renowned provider, supporting the diverse industrial landscape of the capital city with high-quality chemical solutions.
