Innova Corporate (India) offers a Fatty Acid Based Viscosity Reducer for Bhiwadi's heavy oil, crude oil, and high-viscosity industrial fluid applications. Bhiwadi has transport and logistics for petroleum products (diesel, furnace oil, LDO, lubricants) used in steel mills, pharmaceutical plants, automotive plants, and power generators. Additionally, Bhiwadi's lubricant blending and waste oil recycling units (small-scale) may require viscosity reduction of heavy residues. This product contains saturated and unsaturated fatty acids (C12-C18, derived from vegetable oils) modified with polymeric dispersants that reduce the viscosity of heavy fuel oils (HFO), residual oils, and waxy crude by breaking down asphaltene and paraffin agglomerates. For tanker cleaning in Bhiwadi's transport industry (tankers that carry heavy oil to steel mills for boilers), adding 0.1-0.5% improves flowability and reduces pumping energy. For rubber processing (if any), it reduces viscosity of natural rubber latex or reclaimed rubber compounds. For diesel generators (backup power for Bhiwadi's manufacturing plants), using heavy fuel oil (HFO) or high-viscosity bio-diesel, adding 0.05-0.2% improves atomization and combustion efficiency. The product is non-toxic and biodegradable. Dosage: 0.05-0.5% by weight. Available as a clear amber liquid with pour point <10°C (50°F) – suitable for Bhiwadi's winter (0-5°C). For bulk fuel depots, we supply in 200L drums and 1000L IBCs. We also supply viscosity cups (Brookfield viscometers) for on-site testing.

Storage Conditions: Keep away from freezing, as material stability may be affected. Given the local climate in Bhiwadi, ensure the storage temperature is maintained between a minimum of 10°C (34°F) and a maximum of 80°C (176°F) to preserve product integrity.
