Innova Corporate (India) offers a combined Antiscalant and Mineral Dispersant formulation for Bawal's cooling towers, boilers, and industrial process water systems. The product contains low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acids (2000-5000 Da) and maleic acid copolymers that simultaneously inhibit scale crystal growth and disperse existing mineral deposits (calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, clay, and silica). In Bawal's cooling towers – serving steel re-rolling mills, metal casting foundries, automotive plants, and engineering workshops – the high evaporation rate due to summer heat (45°C/113°F) concentrates calcium, magnesium, and silica, causing sticky sludge that reduces heat transfer efficiency by 20-30%. Our dispersant keeps these particles suspended for blowdown removal. For metal finishing and painting operations, it prevents redeposition of removed impurities. For steel mills using groundwater with high iron, it disperses iron oxides, preventing fouling of heat exchangers. Laboratory tests using Bawal's groundwater (TDS 1000-2000 mg/L, hardness 400-700 ppm, iron 2-8 ppm) showed 95% inhibition of calcium carbonate and 85% dispersion of iron flocs. The product operates at pH 6.5-9.0 and temperature up to 100°C (212°F). Compatible with all common biocides. For Bawal's common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) for steel and manufacturing clusters, it helps prevent sludge deposition in clarifiers. Regular use reduces manual cleaning frequency for heat exchangers by 60%. Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide jar testing and turbidity measurement for Bawal's customers.
