Innova Corporate (India) offers a combined Antiscalant and Mineral Dispersant formulation for Bangalore's cooling towers, boilers, and industrial process water systems. The product contains low-molecular-weight polyacrylic acids (2000-5000 Da) and maleic acid copolymers that simultaneously inhibit scale crystal growth and disperse existing mineral deposits (calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, iron oxides, clay, and silica). In Bangalore's cooling towers – serving IT data centers (millions of square feet), aerospace plants, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, and textile mills – the region's warm climate (30-35°C) causes concentration cycles, leading to sludge. Our dispersant keeps particles suspended for blowdown removal. For electronics and semiconductor fabs, it prevents redeposition of impurities in cooling loops. For pharmaceutical plants using high-iron groundwater in outskirts, it disperses iron oxides, preventing fouling of heat exchangers. Laboratory tests using Bangalore's Cauvery water (hardness 150-250 ppm) and groundwater (hardness 400-600 ppm) showed 95% inhibition of calcium carbonate and 85% dispersion of iron flocs. The product operates at pH 6.5-9.0 and temperature up to 100°C (212°F). Compatible with all common biocides. For Bangalore's common effluent treatment plants (CETPs) for textile and pharma clusters, it helps prevent sludge deposition in clarifiers. Regular use reduces manual cleaning frequency for heat exchangers by 60%. Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide jar testing and turbidity measurement for Bangalore's customers.
