Innova Corporate (India) offers an Antiscalant for High Sulphate Water designed for Bangalore's industrial sites where groundwater contains elevated sulfate levels (300-800 ppm) due to natural gypsum deposits or industrial contamination (common in Peenya, Yeshwanthpur, and older industrial areas). High sulfate combined with calcium (100-300 ppm) leads to gypsum (CaSO₄·2H₂O) scale which is extremely hard to remove. Our antiscalant uses advanced polyacrylate-sulfonate copolymers (AA/AMPS) and PCA (phosphino-carboxylic acid) technology to disrupt sulfate crystal nucleation and growth. For Bangalore's textile mills (Peenya, Rajajinagar), pharmaceutical plants, and food processing units, cooling towers and RO systems facing sulfate scaling – our antiscalant prevents scale even at 120% supersaturation of CaSO₄. For ZLD systems (increasingly required by KSPCB for pharmaceutical and textile clusters), this antiscalant enables recovery ratios >85% without sulfate scaling, reducing evaporation load. Dosage: 4-10 ppm, effective up to 80°C (176°F). Unlike conventional antiscalants, our formulation does not precipitate with ferric or aluminum coagulants commonly used in Bangalore's effluent treatment plants (ETPs). It also disperses clay and silt from Cauvery water during monsoon. Available in 25L, 200L drums. We provide on-site scale prediction using OLI or ScaleSoft software for optimal dosing. Treatment & Dosage Requirements in Bangalore:

    In calculating the dose rate of INNOVA MT 065 for facilities in Bangalore, the membrane manufacturer's operating limits and local feed water quality should be strictly considered.
