Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Ballabhgarh's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in automotive plants (HVAC for cleanrooms, offices), steel mills (control rooms), engineering workshops, and commercial buildings (hotels, malls). Ballabhgarh's make-up water – groundwater (TDS 800-2000 mg/L, chlorides 150-250 ppm, sulfates 200-500 ppm) or Yamuna canal water (lower TDS) – can cause pitting corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass in chilled water systems. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Ballabhgarh's automotive plants (HVAC for paint shops, assembly lines) and steel mills, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For engineering workshops with smaller chillers, we offer easy-to-use liquid inhibitors with tracer dye. For Ballabhgarh's large manufacturing plants with critical temperature control, we provide molybdate-based inhibitors (better for long-term stability). For food-grade closed loops (dairy, bakeries), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems. For systems with high iron content (common in Ballabhgarh's groundwater), our inhibitors include additional chelants. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.
