Innova Corporate (India) offers an Antiscalant for High Sulphate Water designed for Ballabhgarh's industrial sites where groundwater contains elevated sulfate levels (400-1000 ppm) due to natural gypsum deposits or industrial contamination. High sulfate combined with calcium (200-500 ppm) leads to gypsum (CaSO₄·2H₂O) scale which is extremely hard to remove. Our antiscalant uses advanced polyacrylate-sulfonate copolymers (AA/AMPS) and PCA (phosphino-carboxylic acid) technology to disrupt sulfate crystal nucleation and growth. For Ballabhgarh's automotive plants, steel re-rolling mills, and metal casting units, cooling towers and RO systems facing sulfate scaling – our antiscalant prevents scale even at 120% supersaturation of CaSO₄. For ZLD systems (increasingly required by HSPCB for industrial clusters), this antiscalant enables recovery ratios >85% without sulfate scaling, reducing evaporation load. Dosage: 4-10 ppm, effective up to 80°C (176°F). Unlike conventional antiscalants, our formulation does not precipitate with ferric or aluminum coagulants commonly used in Ballabhgarh's effluent treatment plants (ETPs). It also disperses clay and silt from Yamuna canal water. Available in 25L, 200L drums. We provide on-site scale prediction using OLI or ScaleSoft software for optimal dosing. Compatible with all common biocides and corrosion inhibitors. For metal finishing and paint shop effluents, we offer a low-phosphorus variant.
In calculating the dose rate of INNOVA MT 065 for facilities in Ballabhgarh, the membrane manufacturer's operating limits and local feed water quality should be strictly considered. All dose rate calculations should be made on the computer projection programme "e-WATER 5.0", which calculates the Ipb/Ksp ratio for calcium sulphate and other potential scaling salts specific to the Ballabhgarh water table.
For Ipb/Ksp ratios < 3 the preferred product of choice is Tacelene Chem-7065; for ratios 2.8 to 7.0, INNOVA MT 065 is normally dosed at 5.0 to 25 mg/L in the concentrate, which is equivalent to 2.5 to 6 mg/L in the feed water for Ballabhgarh based systems, dependent on the system recovery.
INNOVA MT 065 can be diluted with product water and should be applied continuously by means of a suitable metering pump. For the tea processing and rubber industries in Ballabhgarh, continuous feed is essential since calcium sulphate is difficult to remove once precipitation has occurred in local filtration units.
INNOVA MT 065 has been developed specially as a calcium sulphate inhibitor, for waters with CaSO4 Ipb/Ksp ratio of 2.8 to 7.0. It functions by a powerful threshold mechanism of calcium carbonate, and is highly tolerant to the presence of iron.
