Innova Corporate (India) offers Chilled Water & Closed Loop Corrosion Inhibitors for Assam's air conditioning systems, process chillers, and closed recirculating loops in hotels (Guwahati, Dibrugarh), hospitals, tea garden labor colonies (air-conditioned facilities), oil refineries, and paper mills. Assam's make-up water – Brahmaputra river water (hardness 150-300 ppm, chlorides 50-150 ppm) and groundwater (hardness 150-250 ppm, iron 2-10 ppm) – can cause corrosion of mild steel, copper, and brass, especially in closed loops where oxygen pitting is a concern. Our inhibitors are based on molybdate (100-200 ppm), nitrite (400-800 ppm), or azole (tolyltriazole), often blended with phosphate and polymer dispersants. For Guwahati's large hotels and hospitals, we recommend nitrite-borate-azole formulation for mixed metallurgy systems. For tea gardens with air-conditioned packaging facilities and labor colony chillers, we offer easy-to-use liquid inhibitors with built-in tracer dye for leak detection. For oil refineries (Digboi, Numaligarh) with large chilled water systems for process cooling, we provide molybdate-based inhibitors (better for long-term stability). For food-grade closed loops (tea processing, rice mills), we supply NSF-certified inhibitors (molybdate-based, no nitrite). We provide corrosion coupon testing (ASTM D2688), test kits (nitrite, molybdate, pH, conductivity, azole), and automatic feed systems. For systems with high iron content (common in Assam's groundwater), our inhibitors include additional chelants to keep iron in solution. Available in 25L, 200L drums, and 1000L IBCs.
