Innova Corporate (India) supplies Deposit Controller 403 – a heavy-duty organic sludge conditioner and dispersant for US cooling towers and boilers with sticky deposits (biofilm, oil, grease, silt, corrosion products). Contains non-ionic surfactants and polymer blends (maleic-acrylic + sulfonated copolymer) to penetrate and emulsify organic/oily deposits. For US refineries, petrochemical plants, and steel mills where cooling water may be contaminated with hydrocarbons, this product is essential. For US food processing plants, it controls FOG fouling. For paper mills, it disperses pitch and stickies. Dosage: 20-100 ppm continuous or 200-400 ppm weekly shock. Non-foaming, up to 120°C (248°F). Available in 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide on-site deposit analysis and cleaning protocols.

Application:

    The specific corrosion inhibitors in INNOVA BW 403 provide corrosion protection by the formation of a protective passive film on the metal surfaces. The protective layer prevents direct contact of the corrosive media (water) with the metal surface.

    INNOVA BW 403 also contains powerful threshold inhibitor to prevent scale formation in feed water pipelines and boiler internals. The crystal distorter and specific dispersant incorporated in the product ensures high mobility of the phosphate sludge formed so that it is easily removed by blow down. The dispersant also ensures that suspended particulate matter do not accumulate and are removed by the blow down.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 403 can be dosed directly without dilution. Normally a phosphate reserve is maintained in the boiler water. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The product Characteristics and viscosity permit easy feeding by on-line dosage pumps. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water.

Handling:

    Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention. Avoid extremes of temperature and wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
