Innova Corporate (India) supplies Deposit Controller 277 – a high molecular weight polyacrylate and maleic-acrylic copolymer for US once-through cooling systems and high-hardness applications. Works at low dosages (2-5 ppm) via threshold inhibition and crystal distortion. For US power plants with once-through cooling (river/lake water), it prevents scale on condenser tubes. For US mining and mineral processing (copper, molybdenum, potash), it prevents scale in water recirculation. Thermal stability up to 120°C (248°F). Available in 200L drums, 25L carboys. We provide conductivity-based dosing control and scale prediction.

Application:

    INNOVA BW 277 a chemical softening agent designed for the control of corrosion and scale in boiler internals. When used in conjunction with a sludge conditioner and oxygen scavenger, it provides a highly effective internal boiler water treatment programmed.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 277 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 277 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.
