Innova Corporate (India) supplies Deposit Controller 274 – a multifunctional liquid blend of phosphonates (HEDP, ATMP), polyacrylate copolymer, tolyltriazole, and zinc for US cooling water systems. It provides scale inhibition, corrosion protection (mild steel <2 mpy, copper <0.5 mpy), and dispersion. For US industrial plants in hard water regions (Midwest, Texas, Florida), dosage 50-150 ppm maintains clean heat transfer. Effective up to 60°C (140°F) and pH 6.5-9.5. Compatible with oxidizing biocides. Available in 25L, 200L drums, 1000L IBCs. We provide test kits for phosphate, zinc, and conductivity. For US facilities with seasonal shutdowns, we offer lay-up treatment protocols.

Dosage & Feeding:

    INNOVA BW 274 can be dosed directly by dissolving up to 5% in the best quality of water available. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler system, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water Characteristics. The desired feeding mode is the continuous injection to feed water. Use sufficient quantity of INNOVA BW 274 to maintain recommended phosphate residual in the boiler water.

Handling:

    Keep the container closed when not in use. Avoid contact with eye or prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water..
