Mill Sanitation Quat Based (INNOVA SP 003) In Karnataka
INNOVA SP 003 is a quarternery ammonium based chemical, specially developed formulation for application in sugar industry. It is very effective in controlling and preventing microbial growth in sugarcane juice.
The addition of INNOVA SP 003 will minimize sugar inversion and increase mill efficiency. INNOVA SP 003 is fed continuously at three positions on the mill tandem. Last but one milling juice collector or 2nd mill & In maceration water, so that the treated juice circulates to all parts of the mill tandem.
Dosage :
INNOVA SP 003 should be fed continuously at the rate of 2-5 ppm of cane crushed per day.
Storage & Handling :
INNOVA SP 003 Keep the container closed when not in use. The product should not be swallowed and prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Should it come in contact with eyes, flush with clean, cold water and get prompt medical attention. For safety practice Gloves and Goggles should be used while handling the product.
